HELP! Head unit, interior lights, and door ajar wont work

So this retard (me) left his door open over night and drained the battery. long story short, i jumped my car and ended up destroying my alternator. bought a new alternator and battery. then the new alternator was putting out too many amps. It blew my battery up and the car just died. After I got the new alternator and battery in. Everything worked fine except for my head unit, interior lights(Cluster lights still work), brake lights. I fixed the brake lights ( the bulbs were blown). To fix the rest of the stuff i checked all fuses and all of them were fine. ive tried putting in new bulbs, also bought a new head unit that had the exact same harness. nothing worked. Also the door ajar light is always on even when all the doors are closed. And the display for the AC unit resets itself to 75 degrees. HELP! this is driving me crazy. any ideas?
