Help!! H11 silverstars for foglights

I was told on here to get the Sylvania Silverstar light bulbs for my fog lights to create a brighter and more white look. Has anyone bought these for their car? I went to all the auto part stors and no one had these bulbs. I looked online and couldnt even find any for sale. Not even ebay had them for sale. I have never run into this problem of not being able to find something at least online for sale. What is the deal with these bulbs? How can I buy some? The sylvania website says they make the H11 silvertars. All I want to do is buy some and I cant seem to. If I cant find some I guess I will resort to buying the HID kit for my fogs but I was trying to avoid doing this. Can anyone help me out????
