I installed the ground wire kit. Now my driver side window is not rolling up properly. The window rolls down bit when you get out of the car, and when you close it. It supposes to roll up. Now, it doesn't roll back up.

Maybe your window was grounded to the regulator.

More than likely, he disconnected the battery and the regulator got out of sync. This isn't usually a huge problem with our Gs, but the Altima boys are CONSTANTLY having to reset their windows.

Oh okay, my windows are acting weird still. It is slowly rolling down by itself. Last night it was raining hard. I usually put car cover on my car. Since my car is already wet and high wind, I decided not to put on the car cover. I walked out in the morning. I saw my windows rolled down 25%. I guess I got lucky not a lot of water got inside.

Will resetting the ECU fix this problem?

Go check the ECU boot you cut through to route the ECU ground through (assuming this is my kit).

Make sure you didn't make the hole too big and are having water get in there.

Your BCM is possessed!!!

+1

i cut the smallest hole possible and basically let the ground wire stretch the hole to the exact size so it was a tight fit... then I pulled the wire in the opposite direction (like if you were pulling the wire out) so there is no dimple in the rubber boot for water to pool in and eventually drip down...
