Well my wifes 01 pathfinder started studdering yesterday as she was trying to get to the store. It was weird because it was just running fine the day before. So today I decided to pull the codes. Got a code P0303 for a cylinder #3 missfire detected. Also a code P1320 for ignition signal primary circuit fault. Has anyone had these code come up before?

I wouldn't even know where to start for the missfire and the ignition signal is something new also. I was thinking about checking the plugs for the missfire or something but might also be the coil. I just have no idea about the ignition signal code. Please anyone with any info would be appreciated.

Get your self an FSM. From the FSM:

Possible Cause of P0303:I Improper spark plugI Insufficient compressionI Incorrect fuel pressureI The injector circuit is open or shortedI InjectorsI Intake air leakI The ignition secondary circuit is open or shortedI Lack of fuelI Drive plate or flywheelI Heated oxygen sensor 1 (front)

Possible Cause of P1320:I Harness or connectors (The ignition primary circuit is open orshorted.)I Power transistor unit built into ignition coilI CondenserI Crankshaft position sensor (REF)I Crankshaft position sensor (REF) circuit

Interesting that there's no overlap. The FSM has a diagnosis procedure toolong to post here.

Thanks Chuck Tribolet. I will check those things out and see what I can find wrong with the car.
