Help getting started

Hello i have a 92 240sx coupe. I am purchasing a s13 SR20DET block, head, and trans from some people but the block and head are bare bone which is how i wanted them. Just wanting some information from you guys on what you think i should do to build this engine.

It will get a port and polish, 3 angle valve job all that stuff

i was wondering what kind of cams pistons connecting rods and stuff you guys would use im trying for the 400 ish hp range maybe 450.

Also should i bore out the engine / Stroker kit / anything you guys think would help me reach this goal is welcome.

Any random parts that i might need or you guys think will help me i would appreciate it.
