!!!HELP!!! FUSE trouble

i recently bought a 91 240 sx H/B but the fuse box located in the driver side under the steering wheel has missing fuses. i think the fuse box cover list wich one go were but the darn thing was missing. if i remember correctly the fuse are numbered 1-20 i need #3 and #5. the problem is that my dash lights whont turn on. i think its a missing fuse

I have the same problem and can't find the fix . Let me know if you have fixed yours ?

if you keep trying fuses and theyre just poping randomly then my bet is you have a short. look for loose wiring going from lights touching the body. that would definitely do it. like side market lightsand as for you esoj this is the best i could come up with. its based off of a 91 but i checked mine and its the same exact setup on mine and i have a 93 so good luck.
