Help fuse box cover

Had some work done a few weeks back and opened the hood to find my fuse box cover missing. My horn isn't working and hoping it was a fuse and bam cover is gone. I bet it happened when they were troubleshooting my amp. Can someone post a picture of the fuse layout under the hood. Also if you can find a part number that would be awesome. Infiniti is denying everything since I didn't do my amp replacement there. Thanks guys

Hey sir,
