i have an issue with my KA-t kit..specifically my fuel issue...i have a plx-m300-wideband...and an SAFCII with 370cc injectors...but ive seen on the BD site the enthalpy ECU. i was wondering if i shud sell the SAFC...370cc to buy this ECU and order some 550cc's as well...i was aiming for 250hp at first but i will be aimin for 350hp one day...wut shud i do? keep the AFC or sell it all and buy the enthalpy ECU? i will be keeping the plx m-300 wideband tho

JWT ro Enthalpy...they are about the same. JWT being a safer tune do to the retarded timing. But Entahlpy charges 500 bucks for a retune, JWT charges 100.

BLAH You're wasting good money and time in getting any ECU tune or stand alone for only 250whp.

SAFC + 370's + Z32 MAF can make 250whp no problem. And if you later decide to add either some fuel psi (rising rate) or larger injectors along with a BTM (boost timing master), you can easily break 300.

FWIW: I've never heard of an Enthalpy tune motor blowing. In fact, most ppl lay down more whp with an Enthalpy mail order than with a JWT.

Either way, the 550cc injectors are going to support what they will support. The main issue you will run into is timing curves. I would say get some kind of scanner that will display timing values and see what happens. The stock ECU has been known to pull timing out on its own. Just make sure you have the proper tools to confirm timing under WOT(MDM Techtom, Apexi Multichecker, Snap-On scanner). Even if it doesn't work out you can always sell the SAFC and 370s for an ECU and keep the 550ccs. You'll probably want one of the tools for the ECU just to be safe.
