Help - Front Windows Opening by Themselves

I have a 2003 G35, 6-speed sedan. Great car. Love it, but my front windows are going down by themselves AFTER I have turned the car off and have left the car...sometimes hours later. My dealer has never run across this problem. Luckily it happened while I was explaining this to my service rep. Car was shut off, windows were up, doors were unlucked when I went into the service office. One-half hour later, windows were down, and doors were locked. My remote control fob doesn't work and needs replacing too. It is not giving off a signal when tested. I have tried every combo of leaving car either locked or unlocked via either the inside lock button or manually outside via the key. One thing, though, the windows do NOT go up if I leave them down. This problem is rendering the car useless. Can't keep weather out. Can't secure contents. Help. Has anyone had a similar problem? If so, what was done to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Probably FOB related. As if you hold the unlock on the FOB it rolls the front windows down.

Happened with our 08 G35X....would get up in the AM and the windows would be half down.
They replaced the fobs and it stopped.
