I was recently in a car accident and had to replace my carbon fiber hood and GT Concept fenders. I ordered them from drivenbystyle.com who is a reseller of extreme dimensions ( who oddly enough use the exact same company motto "driven by style" AND have the EXACT same part numbers for everything but say they are a different company). They sent me a bumper and the wrong fenders and now when I try to call them no one answeres no matter what line I choose sales,customer care or tracking. I have sent about 20 emails and have called every day for over a week and have left several voicemails. Does anyone happen to have a contact at "drivenbystyle.com" aka "duraflexbodykits.com" I will say every time I call extreme dimensions someone answeres the phone and try's to help me but I am getting no where. One time a few days ago I got someone on the "chat" on drivenbystyle.com and he said take pictures of the product and email it to
[email protected] attention Jay. I have yet to hear anything and now my car has sat in the shop for about a week and half just waiting on these parts with no resolution in site. Maybe even if anyone was to happen to live near the supposed office I would be willing to pay someone some cash to go up there and help me with this situation since they refuse to answere the phones.
