Well the main thing is, look for the obvious.
Make a note of any dings, scratches, etc. Verify the mileage (he says 80k). Take it for a test drive, make sure the clutch isn't slipping. Listen to the engine, make sure it sounds ok. Check the oil. Check the oil under the oil fill....make sure there is not varnish on the cams (if you can see them).
You know, the basic things you would look for in any car. Email me your phone # and I will get information on exactly when and where the car is and I'll relay it to you. I have to get the info from the seller.
Oh yeah, the car is slightly modded. See if the guy still has the original parts, although that is not very important.
