Help for the new guy!!!!! pretty plz

Hi im new to this forum and im not tryin to jus mooch of everybody's intellegience and leave so dont get the wrong idea with my post..

Ok my pal blew his sr and im assisting him on the rebiuld..my question is how do u bleed the lash adjusters? ive researched and people have posted several ways to do it and i need to know the best way and indepth if anybody could do that for me, it would be a tremendous help.

By the way if anybodys is wonderind why we are bleeding them..that would be bc I pulled them out to take the head to the machine shop and i read that if u lay them on their side they need to be bleed so regardless to if thats true or not..its not a bad idea to bleed them anyways
