Hey guys noob here. I've been lurking the forums for a while and needed some advice. I have a 2005 maxima se and wanted to get these 19" that I came accross. I got a really good deal set up, but the lug pattern is 5x120mm coming of a BMW. I know there's prob no chance that they'll fit, but do they sell adapters that I can make them work? Thanks for the help

Welcome to NICO!

I'm not so sure that they sell adapters that go from one 5 lug to another. I know they have 4 to 5, 5 to 6, and 6 to 8. Might be worth it to get the rims just to see if the might fit. You're only looking at 5.7mm difference in the bolt pattern. Worst case scenario, take the wheels to a machine shop and have them do some work to make them fit.

Do you have pics of the wheels?

5x120 definitely won't fit. Nissan is 5x114.3.
