Hello everybody, please help with my car altima 2007. The car doesn't start. First the mechanic guy changed the stop sensor, (didn't work), then he told me it could be the sterling lock. I bought the sterling lock box brand new yestarday (it is expensive I paid $450 dls). When we installed the sterling lock, started 5 times but now after that, I have thesame problem. Now I have 2 sterling lock the old one and the new one and the problem continues. What Could it be?

Welcome to NICO!

I've deleted your duplicate post and moved this to the Altima forum to get the best answers.

Did you take your car to a Nissan shop or an independent place? Have you taken it anywhere else to get a second opinion? Were you experiencing any issues prior to this problem? When was the last time the vehicle was serviced, and is service done on a regular basis?

It is a common problem with 2009 Altima's. Not sure about the 2007 but you should have had your vehicle towed to the nearest Nissan Dealer as there may be an extended warranty on that part? Not sure how qualified your "mechanic guy" is to properly diagnose your problem?
