Help for a total rebuilding project on my 94 Q45

Hi guys,Would any one be kind enough to give me some good idea to rebuild my 1994 Q45 (right hand drive) back to its tip top shape ?I reside in Hong Kong and the Q45 community is not significant, therefore no help there. I called my car dealer and they don't have rebuilding service.

I have however got a very nice paint job done for the body and currently having the interior of the car redone, i.e. new leather for seats and door panels and new carpet lining(not the floor mats).

The next logical step would be to rebuild the engine, tranmission and an upgrade on the suspension. I would like to upgrade the suspension so it can perform more like a BMW 5 series. Anyone can shed some idea on what kind of suspension system that I should get ?
