I have an 89 240 and was thinking about getting the 'super side way drift master' (or something like that) from Tein for about $1300, but i want to know if anyone has had good experiences with other brands or types and what are the best for my car to drift more smoothly. I also think i have a hole in my exhaust (it's oem anyway, pretty old) so i wanted to get something that would help give some more hp. It also doesn't have to be loud, just work well. If i could get some info on these things it would be greatly appreciated. Thanx. Im also looking to spend 2000-3000 total (still need rims and tires but got that covered) thanx again.

KTS coilovers are cheap and very good. SPL parts sells them. As for exhaust? Just get a knockoff system on ebay for like 200 dollars. That would put you at about 1300. Then spend the other 1700 on a differential, and adjustable pillowball arms from SPL.

A great coilover and there cheap,well cheaper than the Tein super drifts you mentioned,Megan racing tracks,there full ride height adjustable,32way dampening adjust,the spring rate is rather stiff though 12k up front and 10k in the rear,they run around 900.00-950.00 and the exhast,yea just an ebay style would be good for now

I got the KTS coilovers for 1100 and a fat Sway bar for about 250(I cant remember the brand but it's pretty fat) I also got a slightly used Exhaust and piping for 150. Sorry i didn't call you justin. I bought them before you posted or i would have hit you up. Thanks everyone.
