HELP! F50 wont start after disarming panic alarm

I was getting into the car today opened the drivers door and in the midst of holding my phone, ipod and keys I hit the panic button by mistake. I stoped it and then proceeded to start the car. THe electrical systms go on for a secon and then poof, nothing the car completely cuts off no power nothgin as if the battery is dead. I went to get my bag out of the trunk with the key and all of a the power comes back on. I try to start the car again and poof same thing. at this point I took the maxima to work and dcided to see if the power woudl come back when I got home. Here it is 8 hours later and the car has no power nothing. Any thoughts?

try locking the door with the remote and unlock with the remote. it should be O.K. or else read your manual. or ask the dealer how to disarm.
