HELP!! extremely rough idle when cold and when idling

Ok im getting really frustrated at this point and need some major help. I have a 2000 infiniti i30 with roughly 161k and i cant figure out this idle problem for the life of me. Well let me give you a description of what's happening.upon starting in the morning the rpm drops do low the car stalls out unless i hold my foot on the gas to keep it idle. Once it gets warm the rpm jumps out of control and has a horrible shake. My check engine light is on showing p0172 p0174 and p0300 codes i just replaced the spark plugs and all 6 coil packs yesterday. Pleade help. Not all that car savvy but know how to work on them a bit. Should i replace the iacv the maf the throttle control valve. All suggestions are welcomed. Thanks nico Family

Start the car and disconnect the MAF plug. If it smooths out, there's your issue.
