Just depends what you want. The BRM is going to be much cheaper, but the RSR is one of the best exhausts out there, IMO. Im getting it for 400 bucks new from a friend who doesn't want it, he has the N1 on right now and likes it. But I think RSR is one of the better sounding exhausts, it's quiet at idle, nice low tone at around 2k to 3k, but sounds amazing when you get on it, not ricey at all. And the muffler and tip look very nice, not big at all.

BRM single tip, no resonator, stainless only. The aluminized will rust off when they salt Rockville Pike in the winter. Might as well, no point in having a resonator in this area.
I live up the street in Kensington and I know that cops around here will not give you a ticket for exhaust note or anything. All they care about around here is illegal tint.
