Help Everytime i cluth i hear grinning sound

Okay, started couple days ago everytime that i clutch i hear this loud grinn, whinning sound. So im thinking the clutch is bad. any ideas? is a s13 blacktop w/ maxima or the altima clutch.

throw out bearing running against your pressure plate. Depending on the type of clutch and how bad it is I would go get it looked at. Some clutches make a little noise and some are quiet.

so. replace throw out bearing ?

i had this problem it was the throwout bearing
