i was going 50 on one of the roads near my house when i heard a loud banging sound.( sounded like something hit my car) all of a sudden my car would not rev over 3000 rpms. i drove it home and inspected the car. i noticed that the 02 sensor plug fell and touched the turbo manifold and melted. i quickly cut it off and spliced it back on. i turn on the car again and ried to rev it. the car stalled. i then checked my maf and i noticed that the maf was cracked. luckly i had a n62 maf at home so i swapped that in today. i just turn on the car and noticed that the car runs really good but it would not rev past 2500 rpm. what could be the problem? any help would be great. Thanks in advance!Btw this is the same post on zilvia

Is you ECU tuned for an N62 MAF?

You cant just throw on a MAF without a tune.

sounds like the ecu is in limp mode disconnect the battery full and let it sit for 30 min then reconnect everything and see if resetting the ecu works
