Help - Engine check light, TCS off, SLIP lights on

So today, when going through heavy traffic in stop and go driving, the service engine light turned on. Following that, the TCS off and SLIP lights came on. I do not know how to check for codes in the ECU either.

Can anyone advise me what to do? Does the 97 Q45 have OBDII, meaning I'll have to take it to the dealership? The car has 99,600 miles on it.
