help electrical prob

im kinda a with forums but ya i got a 90 maxima se and for some reason i think i blew a fuse or relay wat happend was when i was installing a new stereo and like an idiot i forgot to disconnect the battery and the constant hot lead from the battery arched to the stereo case which was grounded to the chassis and now the lights in the doors dont work, the electric shoulder belts dont work unless the ignition is in the on position and the clock works interminently and when it works it wont keep the time after i turn the car off and both of the power leads for the stereo are dead the switched and the constant ive checked all the fuses i could find so i was thinkin it was a relay of some kind but dont know which one would control so if anyonh knows how to fix this plz let me know
