HELP! DOOR IS STUCK! S14

Hope someone can help me. I can't open my driver side door on my 95 s14 it has power locks and when i try to unlock it. it just makes a buzzing sound. someone told me to disconnect my battery and try to unlock it but it still won't open the door. please someone help.

my 95 had the same problem after I bought it.I couldnt get it open with anything. not the key, not the remote, not even trying to jimmy the lock open.

I had to take it to the dealer. they replaced the lock with an updated design that shouldn't break like your current one has.it'll be about $180.00 if i remember right.it sucks, but it'll be the last time you have to get it replaced

You can get the door panel off with the door being closed. I've done it twice on s14's. So remove the door panel and find out what the problem is.

how? mine had screws on the bottom that you couldnt get to with the door shut

A very long flat head screwdriver and a very long hook might help if u roll your window down and can see your lock/hinge assembly. If u can get this fixed at a dealer for less than 200 bucks incld parts and labor then I would probably go there.
