Help dont know

Ok so recently my car started acting weird.. So here is the problem I notice when i step on my breaks. my front lights turn on. like my parking lights, my gauge cluster lights up, my clock lights up, and my hvac lights up. and i have no clue what it could be

have you replaced any bulbs lately?

nope. Only thing i remember is that is was fine one day and i took off one of the ground wires that i had coming off the head to the firewall and it started doing that.. so i put the wire and it was still doing it.

Are you swapped or anything? I would just go over all the wiring in your day and check all grounds and possibly the ground cable off the battery. Just throwing something out there.
