I got the car in decent shape for 500 bucks in miami. but it's got a blown head gasket. so I m considering using a copper gasket. it's the first time i do it so I'm a little hesitant. I've done plenty of work on cars but never this. I would appreciate all the help I can get.

Welcome to the forums,

find the FSM, read and keep a print out nearby, should be able to do it easily, read ,read good luck, i was also a little chicken to do it to my car, coz i have done all the other kinda work, keep track of what your are doing and what bolt goes where... we have a lot info in these forums, and a lot of great helpful guys too.. good luck and use a lot of patience...
