HELP ** convertible top problem

alright, got in my car a few mins ago and its raining and i have a huge puddle on my seat.....awesome
turns out the rip turned into a hole

BUT!

that's not the problem, for an unknown reason ( i have a feeling it was my dad, cause it worked fine before i let him borrow it rear quick ) won't line up right, when closing. the gaps between the windows and im guessing the roof aren't sealing correctly. im guessing he forced the one latch and threw it out of whack

are there adjustments some where on the top? or am i F'ed....? please help me, i can see in my car from the outside....
