HELP convertible top motor & rear side windows

Basically, my convertible top won't budge when i press the button but i can hear the convertible motor running & also my rear side windows are just stuck half way, any idea on what needs to be done? Just bought the car

Did the windows move at all or always been stuck? Passenger window work? Window Lock button depressed on driver's door?

Is the lever near the motor set to manual mode?

I believe they rear side windows have moved before, but as of now theyre stuck halfway, the main driver & passenger windows work

Check fuses and rear window switches. If they are both stuck at the same position then most like a fuse blew (or relay).

Do you know anything about the convertible top ? The motor is there & when i press the buttons i can hear the motor running but the top wont budge at all

As mentioned, check the lever near the pump. If its set in manual mode the top would move until its turned back, it's a 1/4 turn on/off. Then check the fluid. Then check the wires on the top.
