help coilovers installation

right side/ back coilover (lower arm)

is the little extension on the lower coilover mount install facing like in the picture (towards the wheel) or facing toward the differencial?

this came up when i was working with my friend on his coilovers

i looked at them and they looked backwards....i was like uhhhhh mine are the other way (the way its pictured)

and hes like thats how they were installed (previous owner)

haha fail!

not a big deal though his hold up just fine
