Help Code P0171, Fuel system lean

I have a 2002 Nissan Altima S, it started to act up and SES light came on. I had the code reader installed on it at Autozone a it set a code P0171 which is fuel system lean. I check for a fuel filter and found out it is in the tank with the fuel pump. I removed it , clean it and put it back together. The car ran fine for about 10 miles. I removed it again, but it was fine. Left the car in the garage overnight, ran fine next day. Park car outside overnight, doing it again today. This is driving me nuts! I don't have any clues on how to fix it. Any ideas would help. Thanks

that code could be quite a few different things. you need to go to a shop/dealership that can give you Freeze Frame data along with the code number, that would help me figure out what is wrong.
