help! clutch problem!?

at the end of my drive home yesterday, my clutch started to feel softer. no this morning it grabs right as i let the clutch out a little bit, maybe even like an inch. whats going on with my car!? the fluid level is fine.

eliminate the dampener box, that got rid of all my problems.
