help cluster lights

alright...... was messing with installing aftermarket stereo unit...... once everythings all done come night time, my freakin cluster lights or any lights are not working except the indicator lights ( brake, set belt etc....) i have a feeling the illumination/dimmer wires touched or something...... headlights brake lights tail lights all work just no cluster/dash lights.... is there a fuse for the insturment lights? ......... i did search allready and came up with little help

yeah, there is a fuse. check them all. there are some in the box under the hood and one by the drivers left foot.

another possibility is a bad dimmer switch.
