Help!~Clunk or Knock?

My 97 Q 45 T has 225,000.its been well taken care of...heres my problem. When i accelerate somewhat slowly from the speed 0f 10-35 mph rpm of 1500-2500 i hear a clunking or knock then it goes away,it doesnt miss or jerk and it doesnt do it everytime either, also when its in park and i step on the very quickly and let off I hear avery slight clunk or small knock. the sound is coming from the bottom of my motor.could it be a motor mount or a bearing?! please help!
