help choosing springs / struts?

decided to upgrade my springs and struts, since coilovers are too damn expensive! :p

I am pretty sure i want the rs*r race springs, but i am not sure which strut i should get to match it? i heard that kyb agx's might not be able to handle the spring rate? can anyone help?

i can not give you much technical information, but i wanted to let you know that the best deal for the money may not be what you are looking for. getting your suspension parts to work together is extremely important. by just throwing on sway bars you may be adding over/under steer to your car without realizing it. and of course suspension is specific to the application, you may want over or under steer, but knowing what parts affect things like this and how to change them is key.

just take your time chosing the parts. i always try to make sure i wont want to upgrade a part later on, i like to wait spend the money only once.

once you have a general idea of what you think you are looking for, or a more specific idea of application, then the more experienced on the board (ie, not me =) will be able to better suggest a setup.
