help charge pipe fitment problems.

so i installed my sr smic and trying to get the charge pipe in and its like 3 inches off. i cant force it in without breaking my pipe. whats going on i thought that the sr smic and piping would be almost direct fitment.

also my other problem is the hose from intake pipe that goes to the monifold. well on the sr the nipple is way bigger than the ka hose so how do i make that work???
ones for the manifold vac and the other is for wastegate vac. the sr mani vac is way bigger than for ka.

search for the mounting pics here or on google, u have to cut the pipe to make the lengths adjustment. the brackets will need to be extended or changed to make it work. i have seen a few pics with sr smic mounted for a ka, have to get a little creative though.
