Yea yea, its an easy job, but something is stuck or rusted, so having a slight problem. I loosened the adjusting nuts and the other bolt, but the pump doesn't seem to move to give me enuf room to slide the belt over. Should i take off the pulley or is there like another bolt that bolts down the pump so i can't move it. I can't seem to find more info on the power steering pump where all the bolts go on the fsm....thanx...

there's another bolt behind the pulley at the bottom of the ps pump. did you loosen that one yet? You need to rotate the pulley's holes to get to that bottom one.

just take the idler puller off and itll come right off and put the new one on..the main nut ont he front of the idle pulley is the main adjuster , lossen it , slide the pulley , remove old belt , put new belt on , snug the pully back up , tight down bolt and fine tune it witht he tensioner screw
