Help Changed Battery And Alternator! (continued)

Well as you guys have remembered I posted a while back about replacing my alternator and battery because my alternator was not charging my battery. Well i took out my lower harness and checked all the wiring and there was nothing wrong as far as i can tell. All the grounds were good. All fuses were good. I dont think there was really nothing wrong with it in my opinion. So after looking at it for awhile, me and my friend looked at some plugs we thought that were supposed to be connected that werent. There was 1 female plug from the sr main harness that looks like it connect to the KA lower harness, but the plug on the KA harness is female also. So basically i think the shop that did my wiring didnt swap all of the connectors from the KA to SR harness. Here are the pictures:

This on the sr main harness is the plug which i think needs to be swaped to the KA plug which is the next picture:

And this is all the misc plugs that are not plugged into anything. If there are any plugs i am still missing that needs to be plugged please tell me.

Any kind of help would be greatly appeciated..Thanks a bunch!!!!

P.S. I need to know which wire goes into which for the connector swap. TIA!

Also if anyone lives in the bay area who has a s13 sr to s14. If yoiu can let me look at your wiring that would be awesome.
