Help car wont crank up after transmission swap.

I need help badly, I swapped my s13 SOHC to DOHC that includes the the transmission swap from auto to manual, the engine turns but it wont crank, i am using the DOHC harness and ECU, I have jumpered the two connectors and it was sopposed to crank up, i need help .

A little more information will be neccesary. Is it not turning over? Any noise when the key turns? Does it turn over and you have spark? etc. etc. etc.

same thing is happing to me can someone help?there is clicking sound coming from the fuse box by the battery i did a 5speed swap aswell i have a dohc and i used a sohc transmission

nutral safty switch comes to mind..check those first...as for the noise by the fuse block..have you tested the fuel relay switch?..that may be that issue.

Me and my buddy did a complete rebuild on it and it still had the old auto transmission that was already having issues when i put it back in and it was turning over and everything was fine i couldnt drive but enough saidand decided to go 5 speed when i finshed the car it wouldnt crank or turn over and a clipping noice was coming from the fuse boxso your saying its the neutral switch should i jump those cables?
