Hi there, I have a '94 Q45 that stalls out when comming to a hard stop when cold to fully warmed up {Drive car after needle hits 3o'clock position on temp gauge from cold start}. I have to feather the brake and roll the car gently to a stop or else it stalls. After a driving for a while the problem temporarily goes away. However it will still stall if doing a hard emergency stop to 0mph. ----This all happened after doing a valve cover job. All intake components have been recently cleaned. I have also used BG44k recently. The car has 138k on it--After the valve cover job the car idled very high at around 1100rpms, so i bottomed out the IAC screw and set it out 3 turns, so hot idle is at 650rpms approx. Sometimes the car will "hunt" hot idle down to 500 and go as high as 700rpm when stopped.---The MAF has just been replaced and the problem still exists. Could it be due to a bad/stuck/dirty IAC valve? Or a bad throttle position sensor? Vacuum leak?
Anythoughts on what the problem could be?Thanks in advance!~Anthony
