HELP, Car stalls at idle

I have a 91 240sx KA24DE and I have had it for 6 months and this first started happening two days ago. Car will be running fine and then I come to a red light and put the car in neutral and stop. The RPM will slowly drop from 1K to 0 and stall. Also if I am driving and go from any gear to Neutral it was stall right away. If I hold the clutch in and give it constant gas to keep RPM up it wont stall which is what I have been forced to do at stops. Car will not do this at first but after 5-10min of driving it starts to happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated , Thanks.

Take off and clean your mass air flow sensor..set your timing perfect..set your idle perfect.
