Alright its not my 240 its my beater, a 93 toyota camary. It dies while i'm at stop lights...i was hoping some of you more advanced mechanics could help me pin point the error. I was thinking it might have something to do with the fuel...injectors? Fuel pump? Any help would be appreciated...Thanks.

clean the throttle around butterfly valve. also spray carb cleaner in while engine running . whole container. this is the first thing to do when you have an idle problem. its not your injectors or fuel pump.

If that dosn't do it look for a vacuum leak. A cracked hose can screw up your idle in a BIG hurry.

Is it an automatic? Does it do it all the time? Or only after driving a bit, like when it goes into overdrive and then you come to a stop? Some more information may help here.

Sounds like an overdrive solenoid sticking in the transmission. Might have the transmission flushed, with a positive displacement unit, using BG transmission cleaner and additive. If the solenoid is sticking, then it won't unlock the torque convertor, stalling the engine when you slow down. GM was real bad about that as well. If it was dirty throttle body, I would think that it would happen more often than not.
