ok so many people already know i have quad exhaust on my altima coupe. in order to make room for the quad tips i had to cut part of the rear diffuser... i had to cut off 2 of the 3 fins in the rear diffuser. i want to put the fins back on now but i'm undecided if i should paint the rear diffuser flat black (like it is stock) or if i should paint it a gloss black like my front fascia. here are some pics

the area i had to cut to fit the tips

a look from under (notice only 1 fin in the middle)

here is the front where you can see the gloss black

i like how the gloss black looks on the front bumper so thats why i'm thinking of maybe the gloss black for the back... to match the front plus it looks nice.

you know what, i really was considering that for a while... i may do it in the future too. i just sort of think my rear diffuser should match my front bumper. so ill just paint the diffuser gloss black and then later on when surman finishes the CF on his stillen front fascia, if it looks good i might do the same and do the rear diffuser.

that's EXACTLY what i'm going to do lol me and my brother were doing some work to his mustang the other day and we used JB weld or what ever and it was on there rock solid. so i thought we had some left over and was going to do it today but it turns out we were all out so i just trimmed all the pieces... probably tomorrow ill get some JB weld and put it on. then the following day (or when i get time) sand it all down and smooth it out and paint it gloss black.

I say go with the gloss. It would look odd to have the front and back with different blacks.
