Right now we're swapping a new lsd into my friend's s13 and he has no use for his old stock silvia S13 LSD. He has the axles with it and everything. I was wondering if I could swap it into my S14 right now. I am worried the driveshaft won't bolt up. I'm also worried the axles are too short and wont be long enough to slide nicely into the s14 hubs.

I need help with this ASAP cause we intend to install it in about an hour from now. thanks in advance.

You can't, the two bolts that hold the transmission up by the drive shaft have larger holes on the S14's. What you can do is swap the internals. Super easy, if you can change spark plugs, you can change the internals.

Forgot to mention, if you are to do it, the shims on the sides of the LSD itself should go in exactly the way it came out. Say if you have two shims on the left side and two on the right, make sure they go in the same way, the shims are of various thicknesses also so make sure you know which thickness and how many go on each side. Don't worry there isn't a gazillion shims in there, maybe two or three on each side.

Sorry for multiple posts, everything else should bolt up, including your driveshaft. Just the mount is different. The S13 also has 4 bolts on the cover, while the s14 has 2.
