Help!!! Can anyone read japanese????

Please help, I bought an intercooler sprayer kit for a zenki s14 sr20det from yashio factory in japan and hooked everything up right, but now I have to program the stupid thing apparently......I cant read it to figure out how. Can anyone help? Here is the instructions. If you cant see the image, please look it up under my gallery. Thanks so much The last three parts tells how to program it.

try copying and pasting the japanese into an online translator. i've done it a few times. its not the most understandable english, but you get the point. just google language translator or something.

Ive basically tried everything. Ive scanned it about a million times and microsoft word only picks it up as an image. I cant use the pic b/c it does the same thing. Does anyone on here have a program that can translate it or at least get it where you can edit the text? If so, please translate it and email it to me. The first one to do this, Ill paypal you 7 dollars. Thanks

Unfortunately, the on-line translators assume use of Japanese fonts - with real words in the language.

Using a scanned in page does not work ... it is just a bitmap picture image, not Japanese text. You would have to use a OCR capable of Japanese first!
