whatever price you decide, stick to it regardless of how hard the dealership presses you.i personally wouldn't pay more than $21,500 for that package. the car has been out for a long time now and the dealerships have plenty so...are you trading in a car or just buying straight up?

i got away with 22000 with premium package + 6 speed manual. it depends on whether you know the dealer or not, but yea for the convenience, i woud definitely not pay a penny over 21,5.

Have you thought about purchasing through a broker? That's what I plan on doing - I went to test drive an A/C coupe last week and the sales guy immediately cut 1000 off the price and I also emailed the closest 8 dealerships asking what deals they could give me and one said he would give me 750 off sticker plus the 1500 factory discount right off the bat and said we could negotiate from there. (Canadian prices)

Then I checked broker prices and they were even lower but I am not sure if I want to go that route - might just take the broker prices to the dealer and see if they can match or beat it

edit: Oops meant to reply to subby, not you Sacky

Tell the dealer what you want to pay. If they don't like your price walk away. Go to another dealer, and do the same. If the deal is close get some add ons. I got them to throw in a spoiler and tint.It took me four dealers and about 2 months, a week later I drove mine off the lot.Silver nice to see another BC boy on here, good luck to both of you.

21500 sounds good but what about the "destination charge"

do you think a car broker could get me a better deal?

http://www.edmunds.com for invoice pricing, if the price they offer you is close or under invoice after destination charges, then i say go for it.
