Hi,

I have a 2009 G37 sedan. Bluetooth has worked flawlessly from Day 1 with my Blackberry curve. All of a sudden this morning, I'm getting "no phone attached" message. I have verified that my phone's bluetooth is working (blue light flashing). I have turned off/on car. I tried to delete the phone and start pairing from scratch, but when I try to delete the phone from the car's list, it sort of hangs, and won't even delete. Any suggestions?

Welcome to NICO!

Have you tried connecting other bluetooth devices to the phone or the car (or both)? You have to be moving when you get into those menus...

There is a way to delete the handsfree phone info...but be careful as this gets into the service menus...

1. Start the engine.2. Turn the audio system OFF.3. While pressing the SETTINGS button, turn the volume controldial clockwise or counterclockwise for 40 clicks or more. (Whenthe self-diagnosis mode is started, a short beep will be heard.)Shifting from current screen to previous screen is performedby pressing BACK button.4. The trouble diagnosis initial screen is displayed, and then theitems of Self Diagnosis and Confirmation/Adjustment can beselected.

Go into Confirmation/Adjustment and scroll down to handsfree phone. Select delete handsfree memory.

After that, hit the back button until you restart the AV unit. Try to pair the phone again...

Hope this helps!

Hey there,

As a fellow Blackberry owner I know how they can be and I would suspect the phone first. What I would do first is pop the battery. This tends to fix many small application hiccups like this. I have to knock the battery once and a while on my Curve for intermittent connectivity issues with my Parrot MK series.

If the BT doesn't work after the reset erase it from the car and start from the beginning

Good Luck, let us know we can give you some more help as needed.
