Does it seem to be worse in the morning when you start it up? That's a sign of leaky valve stem seals...oil leaks down very slowly and sits in the valves and gathers over night or when parked for a long time - and it will smoke until that oil is burned up.

Do a compression test and leak down test. Compression test will tell you if piston rings are bad and leak down test will tell you if oil is leaking past the valves. If both are good, then your turbos might need attention.
