Help Asap transmission Swap

i did a transmission swap (auto to manual) and the connecters that came with the manual transmission dont clip in with anything thats on the engine or fuse box its self and if any ones knows where they go id love to know

here they are :

these plugs are about 6-10 inches from the positive battery terminal

Gray Plug - has black/yellow and white wires connecting

Black Female Connecter has 1 white wire thats looks as if it comes from the alternater wires

Gray Plug has red/yellow and green/yellow wires going to it

Grasy Plug(i believe) has 7 wires going into it and its a female connecter pink/ whitegreen/whitepink /greenyellow/whiteyellow/blackyellow/greengreen

these plugs are not for the starter or altenater

also there is a plug that is by the transmission that has no home thats a small plug with 2 wires yellow/redred

also there is a 4th sensor on this set of connecters that does not connect into the transmission or anyhting else and is just dangling there

also what is the relay that says 'Clutch ASCD Cut' in the fuse box under the hood by the battery

also need to know where the clutch switch connects to and anything about the nuetral safety switch

my book has not come in yet and this is what i need to get to know so the car will start
