well my coil went out yesterday and i bought an accel one, i put it in and my car starts but now sounds like one of the valves is ticking loudy and smoke comes out exhuast now, it never did this ever before. i need my car to work really bad and can someone help me out please...

Maybe check all your connections and maybe your timing....
