Help ASAP

ok im had this shop rebuild my motor and added some more parts to it and its almost done but they ran into 2 problems my tach isn't workin and 2 of my spark plugs arn't igniting. they said the coils are good i just wanted to know if anybody had any ideas that i could relay to them. thanks

Need a dohc gauge cluster for tach to work.

For spark - ignitor, cam angle sensor, could be a number of things. Have they even tried diagnosing it? It's called a multimeter

i have a dohc cluster. they are going to start on it in the morning i just wanted to see if i could give them a starting point
